Halo Wiring Question

Hey guys, I need help finishing my headlight install. I ordered custom lights from Ant here on the forum with LED halos and I don't know what to connect them to. Let me first say I'm a noob when it comes to electrical, so pictures would help.

My goal is the halos would always be on. Here is a picture of the connects.



Obviously the black connector plugs into halo, but where should I connect the bare leads to if I want the halos to be on as much as possible? Thanks for the help!

 

Bump. I want to wire the halos to the DTRL. There is a white and black striped wire along with a colored wire. How would I connect that with the wires in the above image?
