on a 2013 access cab are there bed stake pockets in the 4 bed cornors under the plastic bed rail? If so how do I get access to them......pry off cover, cut hole, etc.?

I doubt it, the plastic would be molded and obvious for them, or have caps to pop out

No, I can't imagine there being any stake holes. The whole tub is composite. You can, however, mount more D rings and the like, to suit tie down needs. Was there something else you planned to do with the stake holes?

Yes...do something else with stake holes.......Would like to build "side boards" to make bed higher to haul brush to compost site, stack bags of mulch, bulk mulch, or build "goal posts" to use as low cost quickly portable ladder/kayak rack, etc.

There's a few plastic push pins on the rails connecting the to the inside of the bed u gotta take out and they just pop out after that

Doesn't look too sturdy. Anything pressing on the stake sides would probably bend the shit out of the body panels. IMO

It's not sturdy at all , it's just a fold in the bed side material

X eleventy-billion. Looks like a good way to end up with a "twerked" bedrail.

Unless maybe you made some pvc side boards, and hauled around a batch of helium balloons.

I had a crack in the front right corner that I had a fiberglass patch on and a few other rough spots. I saw that kit on eBay $99 which is about 20-30 less than I had seen anywhere else. sick wanted ti do rocker panels and fenderflares and there was gonna be a lot left over and figured might as well. been 4 months almost and its held up very well. upol makes it. I believe there out of Cana`da somewhere.

ps I appreciate ur kindness. I think this is the nicest responses of urs I've been a part of.
