Thank you everyone for the welcoming! I'm sorry I've only been able to get photos up from my phone lately because of work and school etc...

On a side note my check engine light has come on for the down stream 02 sensor, the truck does have 73000 miles on it so I'm not surprised but the dealer I got it from just cleared the codes and of course it came back on. I just cleared the codes again myself because they did put in a new clutch before I got the truck, so hopefully it won't come back on or they'll fix it.

I need to get use to the different gas mileage too! I had a bmw 325i before this and averaged about 23 city . I did put in 93 when I just filled up and haven't been running the a/c as much so hopefully it will go up from the 15mpg I got out of the first tank that the dealer gave me.

Did u purchase as is, or did u get any kind of warranty through the dealership?

On good faith alone, they should at least help out on the cost of the 02 sensors.
Not sure how emissions work there, does the seller have any obligation to insure the vehicle will pass smog upon selling it to the new owner?
