It's thanksgiving sunday in Canada and i can't find anyone open. I need some weights replaced in my rims and tires balanced. I found 1 guy open and he's a mobile tire guy. Asking $150, seemed high as fuck to me but i've never had to get a balancing done

A bunch a cool stickers, a bada ass MetalMiller Tx Longhorns grill emblem painted Hemi Orange, JBA long tube headers with o2 sims, Diff breather mod, Red LED interior lights, Fancy head unit that plays ipod n movies, Also DIY install factory stuff like, factory cruise control, factory intermittent wipers, OME nitro struts with 886x springs and toy tec top plate, JBA high caster UCA's for better alignmnet and dey beefier too, Old Man Emu Dakar leaf springs in da rear with the gear, U bolt flipper, Ivan Stewart TRD rims with 33" K Bro 2's, some bad ass weather tech floor liners so I don't muck up my interior, an ATO shackle flipper for mo travel in da rear wit the gear, also super shiny Fox 2.0 shocks back there too, all sorts of steal armor for bouncing off of the rocks like demello sliders, AP front skid, trans skid, n transfer skid, demello gas tank skid, and a tough as nails ARB bumper with warn 8k winch, I'm sure there's more
For a one time balance, not a lifetime program, I paid $15.99 at NTB for four tires. $150 should include lifetime rotate and balance, and that is still high for that.

That's way too much. If your schedule allows, wait on it until some more places are open. It won't harm anything driving it for a few days like that.

Some places charge more, some less. There is a place close to my house that will mount and spin balance a set for about 30.00 or so. I used him the last time I bought some tires online. I don't remember the last quote I got from a place like Discount, ... maybe 60? But that was probably mount and balance too. Just a spin balance should be pretty cheap.

Walmart used to do it for $5 a tire... they may have gone up a little since then (just to give you an idea of cheap pricing). Any decent tire shop should do it for free if you buy the tires there, for future reference. $150 is robbery, that dude needs an ass kicking.

Screw using weights! BALANCING COMPOUND all the way. Paid 100 to get mine balanced with compound (i got 35's) and they are live balanced every time I hit the road. Tires are balanced for their entire life.
