So I finished this bumper up this weekend. Not the prettiest thing but very strong and its one of the better ones I have made. A friend is wanting to trade me his ARB bumper for it but it is pretty dinged up and scratched. They are both made out of the same thickness metal.. Don't know if I should do it or not. What do you think?

Yeah thats not the best bet, but you can make stick look like gods shit if youre good enough. Keep a tight arc gap, steady hand, and prep the metal. are you using 6010, or 7018s?

Its a shame because if i knew how to use auto CAD i could make a bad ass aluminum bumper at work

It's amazing what a man can do with a 4.5" angle grinder. Forget a sawzall.
