I know there's millions of threads on the vibration between 50-60 mph already, but I wanted to get some information on something. I am currently running the FJ Cruiser Off-Road Anthracite wheels below on my 2009 DCSB with SpiderTrax 1.25 spacers all the way around. I am getting bad steering wheel vibes from 50-60 mph. Do these wheels have the same size hub as stock Tacoma wheels? If not, does anyone know where I can buy hub-centric rings for them? Also, would running the Spidertrax with these cause more vibration issues? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Those wheels are hub centric, try removing the spacers.. not sure why they are on there to begin with.

Thanks, I'll take em off today. Anyone interested in 4 Spidertrax 1.25 wheel spacers?

judging by the mph in which you are getting the vibrations I would go get my front tires rebalanced

I've had them balanced about 3 different times. You think the spacers could be adding to the problem?

spacers are your problem, also do you have the correct lug nuts. i put FJ Crusier rims on my Tacoma and they used a different lug nut than the factory 16" aluminum rims that came on it.

Yeah, I have the correct lug nuts. If spacers are the issue, I'll take them off and sell them. Thanks.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
I have those wheels as well, and the problem i have is the balancing wieghts are stick on type.. every time they balance them a portion of the lead stickys get whacked by my brake caliper, i have tried getting them to place the wieghts different but so far they are special...

So, the issue is with the wheels themselves?

I dont think there is any issue with the wheels, but the low clearance in the front has proven that the dumb dumbs at the tire shop can't think for the life of them

Gotcha, just gotta take it to a tire shop that knows what they're doing.
