My blower fan for the ac/heater isn't working correctly. When I drive will turn on ac and everything will work just fine. After a while, stop and then get back in and start up, it won't work. Lights turn on and such, I can hear the ac under the hood kick in. But nothing comes out of the vents. Heat/ac nothing. anywhere from 1-20 minutes, it will "kick in/turn on" and the air will come out of the vents. Thinking I have a fan or vacuum issue??? Anyone with thoughts would be great. Thanks.

Resistor. Easiest way to verify, next time it doesn't turn on, give the bottom of the fan a smack. I keep my tire bat by my pass seat for that reason.
Kinda reminds me of my grandmas station wagon when I was a kid. Had to smack the starter with a hammer every now and then to get it to work. I don't recommend a hammer in the fan though.

Cool. Thanks guys. Yeah I found a handful of threads, all seem to point to this. Glad to know an easy fix.

Not a fix, more like a bandaid. Only fix is to replace what is causing an issue. Like most electrical problems, it will only get worse. Maybe it will work if you smack it, but it is possible that one day it will just stop all together.
