At this point it really doesn't matter, but IMO I think you over paid. I wouldn't have paid more than $2500.

I concur. 110k miles is not bad, but that's a lot of body damage. Me thinks it might leak when rained on. And it would depend on how well that cage is built. and how well everything else is modified. I was Just thinking of what a sweet 4x4 Atv you could get for 3200, but thats me.

Depends what you plan to use it for.. if its a crawler don't pay to fix the damage it will just get more.. if its a street queen I wouldn't have bought an SASd taco but that's just my opinion

id be calling the tow truck driver back.

if you dont know why you bought it....... why did you?????
you wont get your money out of it if your trying to fix it and sell it for more.

Some people get one dent and cry about it....others, however, hit every tree, rock, fence that they can find and then beat....any straight panel left...with a hammer = trail use.

If i was going to keep it, i'd get a bed, hood, fenders, doors, mirrors, and most of the interior minus the carpet(not to mention lots if dent pulling on the cab). Roll on bed liner the floor, clean the frame and under body then coat it all in rust proofing shit....then paint the whole truck flat black or white and use it. Or i would save myself a lot of money and sell it to the tow truck driver....

Either way....you've still got an engine that is only 1/3 of the way through its life. Its not a bad deal...

I'd say it all depends on the details of the parts and workmanship. Is the suspension designed properly and does it take advantage of the SA? Are the parts installed correctly? Are the welds good? Is it a bulletproof crawler? If so, I'd say you made a good deal. If it's thrown together, maybe not. FWIW, I've seen trucks that look more beat than yours that I'd pay 10k for. They were CAD designed, linked, locked, dual cased and highway drivers... you get the picture.
