    Great find OP THANK YOU!

Both of my headlights have the same mount broke, it's the one inboard/front adjacent to grille.

It looks like this is the part...81195A (RH)+ 81196A(LH), can someone confirm?

The other day I found these, not sure how to order them since the diagram is not clear, I guess I'll call them and ask a few questions, beats $350.00 per headlight at the dealer.
Both my headlights area sealed without cracks in the enclosure, just all tabs broke in a accident.
For now I got Halos, but not my cup of tea, I got them used for $100.00/pair in good condition and would like to go back to OEM.

I think they are the same parts as OP posted.

    I am curious...
Do you hear a bunch of squeaking coming from the light housing moving around when you drive?

If you mean from the new to me (used Halos) no, no problems at all, in fact those halos are easier to install than the OEM (less twisting of the headlight to position it), just these aren't my style of headlight.

My OEM are in the boxes of the Halos waiting a fix, if these tabs are not what I'm expecting, I'll make my own new brackets since my housings are sealed and would be a shame to throw them away, if I install then as they're now, they would work but the light pattern shakes and trembles too much while not aimed in the best angle, but will work as they are.

I meant the OEM's when they were still installed w/broken tabs. Did their movement make squeaking noises?

No, they did not squeak at all, but they were fastened with tie wraps very snug, but without the tabs, I couldn't square the front and the light output angle was less than optimal so had to replace them with the halos for proper aim of the lights and proper alignment of the grill, hood and lights.
