Q: fog light does not sit flush in the housing...

    So i installed the oem fog lights i bought off CL today.
    And ran into this problem of the fog lights not sitting flush... and have this gap...

    I have 13 Reg that did not come with pre-wiring so i had deal with running all the wires, replay, fuse, switch - and it worked out fine (tested it working), yet i have this problem...

    is this normal?
    oem fog light in the bumper and the gap?

    Looks just like mine. My guess is it may help to keep from melting the bezel.
