I have a Fisher 6'9" MM1 plow for my rig and the push plates need some welding love but i can't get to the nuts hidden in my frame rails at the nose of my truck.
I can turn the bolt head on the out side but it aint coming free.

    Can Anyone help me out?

So the nut welded on the inside is broken free and just spinning? If it is close to the very front If you remove the front bumper and that metal support under it there is a endcap with a single bolt hole. you could chop a little bit to fit a long wrench inside.

Hey, that's my truck :) I'm not surprised that the nut was spinning, especially if you were pushing hard on the front. The nut is square sided that is only tacked in a couple of spots. I'd recommend doing the end cap mod while you're fixing the nut that's broken.

    I've done a single 24" storm on multiple ocassions:D

It works like a Champ just not quite so good on back dragging as big boy plow.
