Need help identifying a part

    Fog lights, suspension, wheels
    I'm trying to identify this part on a 2000 Tacoma 3.4 ltr.

    I've noticed oil on it. Not sure if it's coming from the part, or leaking down from my leaky valve cover gasket on that side. It's on the passenger side.
