I want to level it out and was just wondering what is the max size tire and width of rims I could put on it.

Maybe some 31" or 32" tires with 9.5" or 10" width rims.

    Possible without scrubbing?

A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
265/75R16's or 265/70R17's should fit without a leveling kit but even with it these sizes will fit it w/o any cutting or grinding. I would get a set of 5100's set them at the middle setting and call it good.
