Quarter Panel Damage, Any Tips?

    6" Fabtech Lift, Nitto Terra Grappler 315s, K&N Intake, Aero Exhaust.
    Went and did some snow wheeling last night. Brushed up against this pretty small tree with the quarter panel, didn't even know it had happened for awhile, no noise, nothing. I was just going to use a piece of 2x4 on the inside and tap it out with a hammer, any better ideas?

    Could you pop it back out? had something similar happen and I was able to pop it back out.

    Yeah thats what im thinking, pushed it back out a little last night. Just making sure thats the best plan of attack.
