Sometimes i think the truck looks good, and other times im like shit the fronts to high, more than normally it looks higher in the front

Besdies the front spacer everything else is stock i just want the truck to look level or close to with no downward rake......

1" blocks in the rear would probably cure the visual perspective, and shouldn't be too bad of an angle.

Mine was on 3" blocks for the first 100k miles with no issues. Axle wrap really isn't a big deal, especially with only 1" blocks.

If you are weary of blocks, you could go with a small AAL.. Because your truck is a 06, your stock rear leafs could already be shot.. Mine were on my 07.. You got pics of your rear leaf pack? are they smiling, "not impressed" (flat), or sad...

What everyone has stated are basically your cheapest options. AAL would be the best cheapest option. If your just looking to fix the bro lean and don't care how it rides then block is gonna be cheaper, it's not what I or most would recommend but it's your choice. Other option is full leaf pack which means more $. Do some research and see what's best for your needs/ uses.

Wouldnt adding a leaf make it ride rougher than a block?

Not to my knowledge.. I'm not an expert but from everything I've gathered, it will ride better than a block.

The AAL will typically ride smoother than a block lift and it will allow you to carry slightly more weight in the bed. I'm guessing that most of the people who are adamantly opposed to blocks have never actually had them on their trucks. A block would be the easiest/cheapest, AAL is the better option if you can swing it but might give you a slight rake.

    Yes

AAL is rougher than a block, block has more axle wrap than an aal.

AAL will not ride smoother than a block.

OP, I still think you should just take the front spacer out.

What exactly are you basing this on?

On most full size trucks this is true, but we are talking tacoma's with stock springs. Due to the incredibly weak stock springs on our trucks the AAL's will actually ride smoother over rough terrain than stock springs with a block.

The fact that I have had both, and that by adding a leaf you are making the weight that the spring can support greater, meaning when all other factors are the same, 4 leafs will be more firm than 3. This is why an aal gives lift and increases payload.
