Edit: The new correct bulbs are much better. They are colored as advertised, 6000K, and the hint of blue isn't bad. They do mix with the street lights and other yellower headlights to give a slight greenish feeling (it might only be in my head, my only complaint of 6000K HIDs and LEDs, I prefer 4300K-5000K). The pattern is accurate to the U shape advertised on the box, directly illuminating the lines and the fill to the center is more than adequate.

Edit: I don't think I've mentioned this yet. I had to sand down the sides of both the 9006, foglight and headlight, plugs for them to connect. The oval connector on the ballast is too wide.

    Correct 9006 headlights:

Here's the link to the updated video
    http://youtu.be/DOJ6WdBLN7E

    Incorrect 9006 foglights:
Here they are in a Honda Accord. I have HIDs in my truck and am going to stick with them!
A couple things to note on the video.
I am using the same camera, I did not adjust/aim the headlights at all. The LED lights don't seem to light up as much as the Halogens directly ahead of the car but there is a bit more light evenly distributed all the way across the road and off the sides.

Old video with 9006 foglight bulbs
    http://youtu.be/q0jwrnWPZOQ

A couple things to note about the lights I received.
-They are loose in the housing, it seems the 9006 "adapter" ring is loose on the light
-The 9006 oval connectors were too wide to plug in, I fixed this with a dremel sanding drum
-They just have a heatsink on the back of them and not a fan. Looking at the picture on their website they are supposed to have a fan.

You can see how loose they are
    http://youtu.be/g-wn41ozmp4

The "adapter" ring starts at the heatsink and goes to just above the red o-ring, this is not tightly secured to the light.

I was concerned that I was sent the wrong lights so I emailed Lifetime. I was excited to hear their response!

Still waiting on the correct lights (headlight instead of foglight) to be sent by Lifetime. I hope the delays are because the holidays. Last word I got was "they expected their delivery in one week", on email dated Dec 19.

Did you keep the fog light setup? How did they fit in the foglight housing? How do you like them compared to standard bulbs?

They are still in the headlights of my GF's Honda Accord, it doesn't have foglights. The beam pattern and brightness is awful for headlights. Lifetime is supposed to send the correct headlight 9006 bulbs and a return shipping label for the foglight 9006 bulbs.

Make sure when you get them that you get the 9006 bulbs with the fans, those are the Headlight ones, the ones without fans are foglights.
