New to the lift area. Im installing 3" pro comp blocks on the rear with pro comp pro runner shocks along with 3" revtek spacers on front with pro comp front shocks and coilovers. temporary set up till i have more spending money. the one thing im unsure about is what should all the bolts be torqued to? Anything will help.

In the manuals it list 2nd gens as 37ft lbs....if anything it should read 73 ft lbs

I've dropped a ton of 2nd gen axles to replace springs & pretty much everyone wasn't much more than hand tight.. seriously... sorry for threadjack OP...

Theres a sheet here onsite somewhere with all torque specs but the 37 ft lbs for 2nd gens is pretty much a typo that has never been corrected but common sense tells you that you need more than that..;)

No worries. This is all taking place from home so just wanted to get a rough idea of the specs. Let's hope all goes well!

    Not a surprise.

I damned near snapped a fork pinch bolt because the Kawasaki manual flip-flopped ft/lbs for newton/meters.

Wait...are you planning on running a spacer on top of the pro comp strut? If so, that's a lot more than 3" up front. Maybe I'm not reading it right...

The pro comp pro runner isn't adjustable. The gentlemen at 4x4 parts told me the strut and all is the same as OEM therefor I will have a spacer on top.

Is there a difference between the 05-10 TRD front strut and the 12-13 front strut

4x4 parts gets it wrong ...again...

As far as I know they've been the same since '05

Haha, I know right ?, The 4x4 parts down the street from me & their staff are a bunch of know-nothing ,money thieving counter monkeys that'll try to convince the knowing customer (me) that Eibach/Toytec coils wouldn't fit 5100's !!:eek::eek::eek:

So of course I had to show him that not only do they fit billys but in fact they were DESIGNED specifically FOR the 5100's... & of course the store had a few people in there that became quite interested in the debate I had with this lying idiot, but it was fun to watch him choke on his own bullshit:D

OP sorry not trying to cause a headache, just don't want you to wind up with stuff you don't need. I remember when those shocks first came out that 4wp tried to sell me on them due to their adjustability. Tried to tell me that I should upgrade my icons to the pro comps for a better ride. I just walked back out. Haha
