What kind of bed extender to get?

I was planning on buying a bed extender for my DC. I just looked where to mount and noticed these brackets. Are these for a specific bed extender?

 

Those look like brackets for the OEM Toyota bed extender. Assuming they are, the bracket part number is PT329-35101 and the extender part number is PT329-34100. I paid about $30 for the brackets and $165 for the extender.

That looks similar to an Insta-Gate. I like the fact that they fold-up on the tailgate when not in use (very helpful when the camper top is installed), but would miss the ability to use the "inverted" Toyota version like a basket when hauling smaller items. Like most things, I see pros and cons to both types of extenders.

 

Will only the toyota one fit on that bracket or will an AMP Research one fit as well?
