Running lean?

Running lean & missfire

I have been having problems with my truck lately with misfires. I finally decided to do a compression test.
I took all the plugs out, pulled the EFI fuse and ran each cylinder with the throttle open. Each cylinder had 150 psi (truck has 230k miles) I then pored a little oil down each cylinder and they all shot up about 30 psi.

When I pulled the plugs I noticed every plug was white and very lean. I have cleaned my MAF sensor before and did plugs,wires, coils. I am wondering why I am so lean. My air filter is cleaned an oiled (K&N) I am leaning towards a catalitc issue or O2 sensors. I have my own scanner and its showing multiple misfire and cylinder 1 miss fire. I bought a new plug today and also installed a new injector. I am going to trace cylinder 1's wiring. But this does not answer my lean plug issue.
I have also done a fuel filter in the passed 10k


Any thoughts?

 

Hmmmm.. After googling "Reading spark plugs" My plug seems to be fine?

 

pull and clean your injectors...

you can go to a yard, pull a pig tail and use a 3v to kick open the injector on a momentary switch. Clean the absolute crap out of your injectors

 

If you're going to clean injectors, your best bet is to have them professionally cleaned and flow tested. They're pretty precise devices.

 

I dunno if this help but I have ran alot of injector cleaner through my truck (Lucas)
