Alright, I just keep blowing fuses with this light set up, which is a really simple setup. Hot wire going to fuse block, seperates into two different relays, one for each 130w halogen off-road light. The main question I have is, do I have my wires switched?!?!

So, only one fuse is blowing, for the left light. With this light, I've got the black wire hooked up as hot, and the white as ground, which is how I was taught. But looking at the light opened up, the black wire is connected to the light housing, which is connected to the mount/frame, etc. ??? Do I have them backwards? And maybe the only reason the other light hasn't blown is because the housing isn't grounded as well??

White should be power and the Black should be the ground.

^This. You're probably thinking of household wiring (AC) where White=Neutral, Black=Hot, Green=Ground. DC almost always uses Black=Ground.
