    3" lift you can run 265/75/16 without trouble. Any more than that and you need new upper control arms and may have to trim around the inner fender. With 3 inches of lift, you need to worry about CV angle being increased too much.
    5100's are good for up to three inches of lift. Good luck with your research and truck.
