I needed a game light for my AR 458 SOCOM. I checked around in the states and some folks did sell the Hog lights but they were close to $100 with a couple of batteries and the charger and a pressure switch. I looked elsewhere and found where they got them from in China.

    http://manafont.com/

I got the same light they sell here for close to $100 for $30. They have different colored LED modules that can be replaced. I have a red one, a green one and one white one. LED modules were like $8.20 to switch colors. Other items like the pressure switch tail cap, cheap.

I would recommend using PayPal that way your credit card isn't bouncing around in China. Shipping on mine was all free, arrived in a shipping type bag 2-3 weeks later. They answer their emails, in ENGLISH. It's a little broken but very understandable. I have made other orders after the lights I purchased, I got two of them. One to scan with and one mounted on the rifle. Purchased batteries there, chargers, iPhone charge cords, etc. Each time they answer emails promptly and it takes right at 2-3 weeks to receive the item. If there is an item made in China you desire and legal to have here of course, they will run it down for you. I would not hesitate ordering from them again in the future. Just make sure to use PayPal to keep your card number safe. YMMV

I mounted mine with a 1" scope ring that had a large screw with a knurled edge on it to clamp it to the rail. I can mount the light to my gas block rail and take it off just as easy. Now these are larger lights, not the tiny newer more expensive self defense type lights. With a regular day time scope these lights allow you to take shots at 100-150 yards in the dark.

I have various Polytacs scattered all over my house and I'm a hardcore Surefire guy (even sort of worked for them). Buy the Polytacs on Amazon for the best price I've ever found. I think I have one in every single room, all yellow for easy visibility. I keep meaning to put reflective tape on them too.

These are what I buy. Probably have 6 or so of them.
    http://www.amazon.com/Streamlight-8...e=UTF8&qid=1389378118&sr=8-9&keywords=polytac

This is the ninja version of above
    http://www.amazon.com/Streamlight-8...e=UTF8&qid=1389378118&sr=8-1&keywords=polytac

I keep one of these by the front door (took the yellow body off of an 88853 and swapped it out)
    http://www.amazon.com/Streamlight-8...e=UTF8&qid=1389378118&sr=8-2&keywords=polytac

and I keep one of these clipped to my weekend bag (an Eagle IIIA)
    http://www.amazon.com/Streamlight-8...=UTF8&qid=1389378118&sr=8-12&keywords=polytac

The low/high ability of these two lights make them perfect utility/ninja lights

I'd like to get one of these for EDC (I can always get AA batteries in my office, CR123 not so much)
    http://www.amazon.com/Streamlight-8...378118&sr=8-7&keywords=polytac#productDetails

and one of these to keep in my briefcase (same AA issue as above)
    http://www.amazon.com/Streamlight-8...378118&sr=8-7&keywords=polytac#productDetails

Sighted in my AR today. Most accurate I've ever been with a firearm. I tend to shake a lot and can't hold still, but with this thing, especially shooting from a table or the like... my grouping at 30 and 50 yards are great.. Best I've done atleast.

    Been a while...

My rifle when I first came in this thread. (Yes, that's me with the gunny)

My latest project. 8" barrel 7.62x39 build.. This will have a slick side/ side charging upper. Will have a YHM FF rail to match my rifle, phase 5 pistol buffer tube, and other great goodies.

Went out today with Kevin to sight in my new vortex strikefire and then shoot some skeet.
Kevin also needed to re-sight in his scope from 40yds (lol wut?) to 100.
Perfect weather here in Texas for a day out shooting.

In all honesty I haven't had time to shoot for groups yet. I sighted in on a milk jug at 200yds and blasted away.

well even thats pretty decent. i just sighted in mine yesterday @100yds and got a 3 shot 3/4" group on paper so i guess thats decent. you should be able to get a 1 1/2"-2" group @ 200yds with some range time and a good supported position
