well here's my first write up, i fabricated a plate bumper and it worked the first few times i had it on, but after i painted it i put a hole in my high pressure Air conditioner line near the condenser.

    Tools you'll need

    • 2 Flat-head screw driver
    • ratchet
    • 10mm socket
    • 12mm socket
    • 14mm socket
    • A few Extensions

find the plastic coupling that goes to the firewall
    6a3a6a6a_277cd72e12dedfba30e30fe8320aae4dce103cff.jpg

use two flat-head screwdrivers to open the coupling so you can detach the line like so
    resahepy_ab140d67c12b1f00100cebc678d0d768c7f789ed.jpg

remove the (10mm) bolt that attaches the line to the condenser
    2epurudu_aeb72009eb39998a99ff40a984c236be624e87d4.jpg

remove the stabilizer bracket (10mm) to free the line
    2a7ure7u_0734fb7e527f1e51cb8d45de8cdfc0541ecf0b3f.jpg

remove a sensor on the line
    e2u5yme5_09f1167f85736bcdb156fd71aac81f41c015381f.jpg

disconnect the two plugs near the engine oil dipstick
    rahevaha_24923c788c711056ebae376082d81860ab78aef0.jpg

remove the low pressure stabilizer bracket
    9yga4ejy_e2bba1c41550b755f9d8f51ecd7abd6138318518.jpg

lastly remove the mounting bolts for the power steering reservoir (10mm) and air intake tube (12mm).

now all you gotta do is fanangle the little pain the butt line out of your truck.

    then tada

any time air gets into the system you should change the receiver dryer and pull a vacuum on the system.........

How exactly do you repair AC lines? Always been curious as there doesn't seem to be any "How-to" vids about it.

Oh, lmao. So "repairing" AC lines is really just "replacing" lines.

True. But sometimes its worth knowing the little tricks it takes to get the old out/new in. R&R isn't always easy.
