I would be down to join in. I have a big sheet of metal mesh that might be good for Satoshi grills if anyone is interested. I will post a picture of it tomorrow (well I guess I should say later today).

BT? Cool, hopefully you can make it to us one last time, before the gubment gets their hands on ya!

Interesting, if somebody wanted to try their hand at this I would say get some little 'L' brackets with holes drilled in them, they have to be small ones with the hardware. Probably 6 of them would be good. For the plastic surround you will need sheet metal self-tap screws and for the mesh itself you'll need small bolts with nuts and washers. If nothing else we could at least cut and bend the mesh and do everything else but mount it.

It is painted black. Usable material is around 48" by 19" because I started to cut a piece out to redo my grill. The cut section piece might be salvageable for lower grill cutouts or other smaller sections. There is a good chance I can get my hands on more of this material for cheap.

Where can I get the 20A relay I need to wire in my LED light bars? I went to an auto parts store today and the guy at the counter told me he needed to know the type of relay needed and what vehicle it goes to. Is there a generic 20A relay can I buy? Is there a certain one you guys use for your lights?

    You have these?
    http://www.amazon.com/Relay-Harness-Bosch-Style-40AMP-HRNS/dp/B005HFYE1O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1390094717&sr=8-1&keywords=20+amp+automotive+relay
I'm going to go ahead and buy them. Most of the LED light bar wiring harnesses I'm finding for sale use the same relays.
    EDIT: relays purchased

A relay is a relay. Unless its AC, which you shouldn't be finding in an automotive store.... anything will work.

That's what I thought. I just think the guy behind the counter wasn't that smart; and I'm new to auto wiring/light installs.

Yeah funny thing about that. I didn't know it called fir an oil change every 5k, I was getting it done every 3k until one day I went in and the person at the desk told me not to come back until 5k this time. I had them put synthetic in but she said it was always suppose to be 5k...
