Sort of... my wife has a '12 Lexus ES350 which is a prettied up Camry, I suppose.

I just traded my '11 Infiniti G37S for the '14 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4.

Got my truck on the 18th. Had it one day and the "check engine" and "trac off" lights came on. Haven't had it since. Still in the shop, and I am working with Toyota corporate to resolve it. Tech seems to think replacing the ECM will solve the issue... I think giving me a new truck is a better idea.

Yes, I am driving one of their Camry's. I am in CA and I already spoke with a lawyer... I have to give them 4 attempts to fix the issue before they will give me a new truck, and the lawyer said Toyota corporate will fight you all the way if you haven't complied with CA's lemon law. Once it goes in a 4th time, they relent and give you a new vehicle or your money back.

I just want my damn truck, in working condition. Once I get it back, if they agree to give me a 100k warranty that covers everything... I'll be happy with that.

I'm sure its an easy fix sod dont worry about it to much. The same day I got my truck about 50 miles after driving it home the tire pressure light came on and constantly blinked so they had to replace something and its been fine ever since.

Thanks deekay. Just frustrating, as you can imagine.

I had 40,500 trouble-free miles on my G, and 81,000 trouble-free miles on the G before that one. Just decided to get a truck again... been thinking about a bass boat. Hard to tow one with a G.

I got the truck back. New ECM and everything seems to be working as advertised. Here are a few pictures of the new girl...

Good looking truck! My mom has a 2012 Nautical Blue access cab. Not sure if yours is still the same technical color, but it looks the same. And don't let that one problem ruin your experience with Tacoma's :)

Nice truck! My favorite color is blue. Sorry about your problems from the start, glad they corrected it for you. Welcome to the tacomaworld fam. I had a g35 that I kept for 9yrs before I sold it. Bought my first Tacoma after my wife's accord finally started dying. I own 2 tacos now. :D

This is called Blue Ribbon Metallic. In the sun you can see the flakes. My G37 was Malbec black... looked black in the shade, but when the sun hit it the burgundy flakes came out. I got a ton of compliments on the color and the red seats.

Surfing around the forums, I see TRD makes a supercharger for our trucks... THAT's what I really needed to see. *sarcasm*

My case manager is going to call me Monday to discuss it. The Service Manager at the dealer told me to press the issue and they should give it to me. I'll update when I know so everyone will have that info.

Toyota called me today. They gave me an 8 year 100,000 mile warranty that covers everything.

    I'm satisfied with that.
