First off just had a TRD supercharger installed! And I put on JBA Longtube Headers (absolute pain in the ass). I want to add either a Volant or AFE Intake but still have the Tacoma stock fuel pump. Do I need to upgrade my fuel pump first? Just a walbro 255 drop-in or the URD relocate fuel filter kit? I'm gonna keep the stock toyota tune and be done with the perfomance mods after this. Well maybe a URD 2.85 Stealth Pulley.

Volant is cheaper than AFE right now. Any issues with it on SC's? I know the AFE is proven.

    Thanks!

I went with the Volant with ram air scoop. I've not upgraded the fuel pump. Zero issues and it has been about 18 months. Was it a pain just maneuvering the headers to get them to fit or ???

Volant intake below (with custom TRD cover)

Getting them in and out is easy. Its the re-installation of shorter studs and nuts that demolished my hands and patience. But they are on and I'm more than happy.

i had the afe intake, urd 2.825 pulley, doug thorley headers, urd ypipe, urd 3" exhaust, and walbro 255. awesome setup. i would recommend getting the walbro before an intake, to ensure proper fuel delivery at WOT.

also just fyi, fuel pump install is super easy if you pull the bed off rather than dropping the fuel tank

Nice thanks! You ran this all in the Toyota flash? Lastly does the supercharger have a release valve kinda like a blowoff valve when you shift in boost? No I'm not getting a BOV just making sure that what I hear/feel at WOT when the truck shifts and not fuel cut. I've had 4-turbo cars but am a SC newb.
