I thought I would share what I have been wasting my life away in the shop on. Its my 96 Tacoma 3rz 5spd that I got from dad for a deal.

So far I have done a TG winch bumper with warn winch and KC lights.
Deaver spring under F-67 springs, 12in TC shackle, 16in travel 2.5 king smoothies, all TC mounting brackets. Custom built bed cage and rear bumper.
    Glassworks 4.5 fenders and bedsides.
Solo motorsports 14in travel A-arm kit with 2.5 king coilovers. (in progress)

Still to come is custom rock slides, Gears and lockers, 35x12.5 KM2's
Even later will be the 2jz-gte swap.

Heres a few pics of the progress. Thanks for looking.

Did you cycle it with the shocks in place? It would appear that they need moved up as it looks like the shocks will bottom out before you are even close to bump...

I scribed lines into a fixed piece of plywood at full bump with shock compressed and full droop with shock extended. The upper mount was put where the lines cross. It was laid out carfully so it should be right. Still have yet to test it.

Pulled it back apart today. Upper A-arms and axles are going back for retooling. Now the waiting begins. I can't wait to just drive it again.

My EXACT thoughts! Never see too many long travel 95-97's.

Made an aluminum skid plate with the help of a buddy at his heavy metal shop.

Got the UCAs back with the heim joints for more adjustability. No front axles yet. Very soon. Assembled it all without them and did a few test runs.
Extremely satisfied. Handles great on and off road.

Charged the rear shocks to 200psi at full droop.

And went strait to the closest place with whoops to test it out.
