Got my truck about a year ago, salvaged title with 35k on it. Finally got around to replacing the spacer lift that came on it, so i decided to make a build page now that the mods are getting a little more interesting. I will keep adding to this orignal post and try to keep it clean. So, here's everything iv done in the last year...

Got the Black TRD FJ Cruiser Trail Team 16" wheels


Got some 285s for em


Got these Black bezel Tails, broke one with the pedal of my bicycle, while it was mounted to the tongue of my trailer


Oh, and this cool custom decal for the bedside




Painted the emblems


Viper + Remote Start install




GT Mat time


Custom 6.5 round speaker adapter from 3/4 MDF for up front


Some slight cutting and my 6x9s are going in the rear


i originally put 2 SLIM P3 10s , fiberglassed under the throw seats with (2) 300wx1 PBR amps


But i didnt cut it. So i swapped for full size models P3 10s and an Alpine MRX-M110X


Rockford 3SIXTY.3 Digtial Signal Processor - will accept incoming SPDIF audio from tablet


Behringer U-Control UCA-222 USB DAC converts USB audio to SPDIF

Just got my TC gusset kits for the Spindle, Cam Tabs, and Coil buckets

Time to install the rear. In hind sight this doesnt look too safe :/

Just mounted two 24" LED bars behind the grille. 1/8" aluminum from home depot.
Used the radiator mounts except he bottom left which i just grilled straight through and used a random bolt
Havnt wired up a relay yet.. will prolly paint the mount black

How did you get rid of the orange side marker lights in the headlights?

 

Thanx! ebay. i originally tinted parts of the stock ones but they didn't seal well and leaked. So i got new ones w/ black bezel.

I tweaked out and made a vector in illustrator and gave it to 'Fast Signs' who cut it out of vinyl in two layers (for each color). i still have the vector.ai if anyone wants to use it for a template to make their own

 

you have the same rear shocks, leafs and wheel spacers lol, nice man

EDIT: heres what mine looks like with the 2" wheel spacers from AP, my wheels have 4.5 BS. thats gonna look nice on your rig

no I didnt. I wish they were lol, their 265s, funny though...these 265s rub the cab mount a little, my next set will be 315s

Thank guys! um the bumper took about a week due to sending it for powder coat. Got a great deal only $500, made by expo motorsports, inspired by special_Ks build from KR.

Nice truck! Very clean. I was looking for someone who had recently done mcneil fiberglass, as that's what I'm planning to do in a few weeks. Had a couple questions: do you have to take off headlights and grille to do the fronts? And you have to extend the fuel filler hose??

 

Yes, and yes. One headlight mount is on the fender edge under the hood, plus wouldnt wanna scratch em up . Also FYI the fender mount under the door seemed was a tight fit, took some macgyvering. And youl need to make new bedsides pole mounts, and yes extend the gas lines
