I don't know what other people use for a funnel and drain cup for the filter, but this is cheap and easy.
I get a Powerade bottle (orange is my favorite) and cut it open (a little above halfway) -
I use the top half as a funnel - the threads fit right in the oil tube.
And I use the bottom half as a cup to catch the oil from the filter.

See pics below - this is a cheap and easy way to do this - I just thought I would pass it along.

BRILLIANT! Redneck ingenuity at it's finest, sir.

Ingenuity = the quality of being cleverly inventive (sarcastic redneck joke)

I use the same technique and lay out newpaper to catch any spills. I use a small water bottle and it can wedge itself on the radiator hose and newspaper. Brilliant idea!
