i seen this posted on facebook yesterday. even if it performed as well as it looks and i had $175,000 to blow on a truck I still wouldn't buy it. I'd buy a new truck and make it how I wanted for that kind of money. Still nice to look at though.

One would expect better pics for the price they're asking.

Posted this in another section but they ran those types of trucks to the South Pole on a National Geographic program. It was pretty interesting. Is it worth $175k? not to me. But someone will probably buy it.

*EDIT* I would like to point out... that each time they do a huge expedition rather it be going to the North, South Pole, or driving up a volcano they use Toyota Trucks.

Definitely not seeing that kind of money in that thing. I would have at least expected a heavier replacement drive line and the elimination of the stock IFS. Hell, for that kind of money, that thing should have portal axles.

Funny you mention that. The IFS is what broke on one of the trips. It was a factory LCA also.

    I prefer the Hilux.
    Or maybe a 6x6.

Maybe someone can negotiate a better exhaust into the deal? Looks like they used the pie cut and stuff method of getting the pipe to fit before they welded it.

    But I didn't pay $175k for mine. :D
I'm just saying, if they are going to re-route the exhaust, it's not that hard to make it a slip on joint.

Kinda scary that the upper plate that the rear winch is mounted to, is supported by the tailgate! I bet they didn't reinforce that.

The winch isn't mounted to that rear plate. There are dual 2" receivers in the rear and front that the winch mounts to.

With the pricing on that thing, that dual receiver and plate must be worth at least $30k

Why is there a pop bottle under the hood with clear line into the cap?
