Nice tailgate dent mod I made backing into a tree.

Still need to plasti dip the attaching hardware black, which leaves me wondering what color to do the rear bumper. I have more camo tan dip I could use, just not sure how it will age.

I used a square piece of aluminum and two more rail brackets to attach the front. I like this better than the supplied velcro. They sent the brackets free. I'll dip all of that.

All of the windows out, which is how I think it'll live most of the time.

Advice on rear bumper color...I want to do an LED kit in the bed, thinking amber in color - also want it on a dimmer. Front recovery bracket on the way, and I'm about done.

I've been seriously considering grabbing a bestop for my mag-gray DCSB and your pics have decided it for me. Thanks for the pictures! Your truck looks great with the topper and roof rack.

I'll (hopefully) be adding a roof rack soon for canoe trips and it will be great to have all the dry storage from the topper.

I've heard of some people having quality issues with softopper/bestop, so report back with your experience!

Very nice! I've never really seen them before...Can they fold down (a la Jeep Wrangler soft top) and expose the entire bed? And are they waterproof when up, like a hard bed cap?

Yup. When I wash my truck I see I drop or two of water but nothing to worry about if you are sleeping in there. They do fold down completely so you can leave the bestop on if you need to haul stuff with your bed. I also think they look a little better than the softopper personally but to each his/her own.
