Ive been looking for a 3" lift kit for a while now. I came across a rough country 3" lift. which i heard from a friend who had a 7 1/2" lft on his Silverado that it was good and he didnt have a crappy ride at all, i also came across an OME 3" comes with front spacers, coilovers, and two 2" AAL but with the OME will i have to get new shocks since it comes with coilovers or can i use my stock shocks? Both are reasonable prices here are the links to both of them, thanks! (If yall have other suggestions on other lifts (in the same price range $200-350) can you please share as well?) i heard front Bilstein 5100s and rear 2" AAL is best. Anyone know how much that would cost for just the parts?

Here are the links to the ones im looking at

Tons of reseach can be done to get you closer where you want to go. I would tell you that out of the two links you have, the first one is best.

You will not want spacers and blocks. Crappy ride and axle warp issues.

If it were me, I would go with springs that provide the lift, not the shocks or spacers. In the back, new leaf pack or AAL, not blocks.

The blistein lift is a coil lift. it will ride much better then the rough country spacer lift.

Definitely avoid using blocks and spacers. You will be happier with the end with a good set of springs front and rear.

No you can use stock shocks but upgraded ones are preferred.

Since you'll be in there with everything torn down anyway, it wouldn't hurt to go ahead and put new ones in. I wouldn't want to risk over extending the stock ones or something of the sort. I'm sure someone with more knowledge on this will chime in.
