I got a pair of Spyder headlights for my 01 Tacoma and I'm not sure how to adjust/aim them. Can someone please tell me how?

Yeah they're one piece. And I never had to adjust the stock ones so I never knew how to aim those either

Is Spyder just a brand or is it a different type of headlight? If its the same as stock then to the bottom right of the driver side headlight and bottom left of passenger headlight (when they're mounted) youll see a small HEX screw. Take your 1/4" ratchet and a 5mm socket or around that size and tighten or loosen the screw to aim the head lights. If the Spyder headlights are different than stock im not really sure how you would aim them. But most aftermarket headlight manufac. typically use stock headlight mounting/ adjusting points.

i have a set of those and they are brutal. the high and low beams are not independently adjustable. this makes the lows pointed to low and the highs pointed too high.
