Replaced my original OEM filter on my 4-Cyl 2TR-FE (2011) at 17k miles. I noticed that dirt was making it past the seal (lower-right is the worst spot).

Originally bought a Napa Gold 9155 ($15). It didn't fit well, and had a hard plastic rim, which probably won't seal well.

Took it back and bought a Mahle ($25) on Amazon. Wow! What a nice product. It has a nice foam gasket around it making for a better, and appears much heftier than the Napa. Pleats are much deeper than the Napa, making for higher capacity. Well worth the extra $10.

Just mentioning this in case other Taco-ites are in the market for an air filter. If you can afford the Mahle, consider it.

I think that OEM is still the best. I am sure that it's cheaper as well.

Mahle makes a good product. Ran some of their stuff in my BMW before and always satisfied.

Nice German filter made in China. No thanks I'll stick with the Toyota one made in the US.
