I'm having a hard time removing the nuts on my front bumper supports to install the N-Fab brackets. Can someone with a 2012+ walk me through how to remove the lower valance so I can get to them easier. Ive removed the 2 bolts on the bottom. I'm trying not to break any clips. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'll do my best to explain this. I took these pictures at night with my phone so you may or may not be able to tell what you're looking at. If so, sorry about that. I'll try to get better pictures tomorrow. You Do Not need to remove the lower valance to get to the bolts. They are semi hard to remove but not overly so. Please don't take this the wrong way but make sure you are turning them in the correct direction. I only say this because when you are laying on your back and looking at things upside down it's easy to do. I'm not saying you are just pointing out that I've done it before.

Passenger side nuts you need to remove. You should have enough room to get a socket or wrench in there to remove them without any issue.
Once removed place the "L" shaped bracket in place and put the nuts back on but not completely tight.

View from the top of the passenger side with the bar installed on the mount bracket

Drivers Side Nuts that need to be removed just like the passenger side.
Same thing, Place the "L" shaped bracket and replace the nuts but not completely tight. put the bar through the lower valance (it will make sense when you see it) and bolt everything up.

Sorry I couldn't get you better pictures but hopefully this will help some. Don't go through all the trouble of removing the valance. You will be just wasting time and possibly breaking something that doesn't need to be broke.

    No problem...

One thing I forgot to mention. It makes it easier if you remove the grill while installing the bar. Just gives you that much more room to work with.

Two bolts and two plastic "Push Tabs" hold the top of the grill in place. On the bottom of the grill there are two tabs on each side. Just kind of push down on the tab and pull the grill toward you. You might have to pull kind of hard and it will sound like you broke something. You didn't It's normal.

You can see where the tabs are on top of the bumper in the pictures

    Thanks so much RearView!
PS, your first build was one of the reasons I decided to get the n-fab bar on my super white!

No problem my friend! I personally think it's the best looking light bar out there. Short of buying a Hybrid bumper (which I may do).

    East TN,
Looks great man. The bronze TRD wheels look great on your rig.

    RearView,
Thanks again buddy! I'll post pics once I'm done with my setup.

I ordered one from bumper superstore a week ago and was wondering how long it takes n fab to "custom make-to-order" a light bar?
