Just bought this beautiful 2009 AC Prerunner sport. First thing I want to do is put a lift and wheel and tires. I would like for my spending limit to be $3000. Is this possible and does anyone have any advice?

Welcome and congrats. I know you're new but use the search function on this site, there is a wealth of knowledge on here and almost every question you can think of has already been asked and there's probably an entire thread devoted to it.

Having said that if your on a budget and looking for a simple setup I would look into bilstein 5100's for the front and rear with a add a leaf for the rear lift. As for rims and tires look around and see what size and color you like then either buy new, or wait for a deal on here or Craigslist.

Well I want to make sure I'm doing it right. Are leaf springs still a good way to go?
