Hello, new to forum, I've been searching for weeks for and answer if I will need spacers.
I have 5100's set a 2.75" stock UCA, I have the 17" FJ crusier wheels which I believe have a -12 offset , in the next week or so buying a set of 285/70R17 Nitto trail grapplers and need to know if I should also buy 1.5" spacers? Will they rub the stock UCA? I dont want to put them on if I don't have too. I also wonder if spacers would help or hurt Body mount rubbing issues? Can anyone with this set up weigh in?

    this and that...
i put spidertrax on just for a little wider stance. i run them with oem wheel set (265/70/17) when i run my welds (t56 20x14), i take em off.

offset for these 2013 4runner trails are +12. should be the same for the fj equivalent.

Tires ride great, I love them, been 6 inch deep in corn field mud pulling out a jeep no problem. Snow traction is great. Tires do shake a little and little noiseing but they are mud tires. As fas as fittment I didn't need spacers. tire rubs on the front edge of the upper control arm on lock to lock turns. I did have to cut and trim inner fender plasitc and mudflaps.
