I have a 2014 Tacoma Double Cab TRD. I plan on buying an inexpensive PA system that connects through the cigarette lighter (12v). But I want to wire it straight to the fuse box somehow or the battery. So then this way I wont have to worry about extra wires in the cab and not have to worry about forgetting to unplug it.

I don't see a question in your post, so I'l say go for it and post pics of the install sequence.

BTW, what will you use the PA for?

If you are asking how to do it,
    Open the plug.

The wire that goes to the outside tabs goes to ground.
Run the wire that goes to the center contact to a fuse splitter at fuse box

    Sorry for the huge picture
