    Just getting started
Also, I recommend the 4.5bs / -12os as they are not as close to the suspension as the OP's. You'll never be able to hit any bumps or go off-road with the OP's backspacing/Offset[/QUOTE]

Squint - I like the wider stance with 4.5 back space. The white truck in your tag photo looks perfect for what I want. Are those 18" wheels 8", 8.5" or 9" wide?

Aloha John, I have 18x9 XD Monsters w/275/65/18 Duratracs. With a 3" lift it's perfect. The tires only stick out barely on the side wall, so it doesn't look to ghetto for me...lol No rubbing with my setup although front flaps had to go. I just ordered an Icon suspension which will be in shortly to replace the spacer lift, so that should be interesting.

Jim is correct. 285's look more agressive, but keep it street without lift mods.

Jim, you are also right about the center caps. I hate them and took them off. Looks better without them anyway with the chrome lugs accenting a little better. I have a buddy fabricating some nylon center caps to fill the hole in the wheel center that I'll paint black and mount Toyota badges on them to make them look like Toyota knockoffs...lol Should look unique! I'll post pics when done...:D

Jim, I took off the cheapo XD Monster plastic cover in the center and my buddy is in the process of creating some Center Hubs for me. Gonna recess the center and put TRD logos on. Work in progress right now:D

Shot of the wheel is photoshopped, but that's the concept once done:cool:

I like the looks of the prototype.

    The oe plastics are terrible.

I had to buy 2 replacements. 1 came loose and fell off. 1 was damaged by someone trying to steal the wheels.

Those caps are a good idea. I ditched my plastic centers, painted the center of the rear hubs black, and left it at that. Looks more beefy or something now.

That's the center caps that should have come with those wheels. Awesome job and awesome looking.

If you are interested, you might be able to get TW member "Bullaculla" to make you some. He does it in his spare time and doesn't mass produce these, so it might cost you a little, but I think it's worth it!

    No lift.

    4 reasons:

    1. Appearance - I looked hard at lift kits and just did not see a reason to change the stance.

    2. Wife's truck - harder to get into truck.

    3. Ride quality - I love the original suspension feel.

    4. Value - did not see the value in small lift (<3").
