From Nissan to Yota !

Hello fellow enthusiasts!!

Im happy to say that just browsing through the forums and reading on your comments has clarified the idea of the mods i would like to do to my newly purchased 06 Tacoma double cab V6 SR5 TRD Off-Road, 6 speed manual beauty of a truck.
I have always owned Nissan pickups, until last summer when i took a chance and bought a 99 tacoma with 225,000 miles for $600 haha, she spent a week in the garage and I serviced, resealed, flushed and replaced everything needed under the hood, gear boxes, brakes, and fluids.
$800 in parts and a week later, and she was purring!
I liked her so much that i upgraded and bought the newer 06 double cab.
No complaints so far, except the gas consumption on the 4.0Liter, but the get up and go is real nice compared to my old 2.7 liter.
Plan to do some research on the forums and intend to buy a CAI, cat back dual exhaust system, quick shifter, minimum of a 3" lift, and then some cosmetic mods!!

Welcome! You're telling me..Hopefully Toyota will jump onboard to the diesel game one of these days.

I'd give a nut for a diesel Tacoma. I'd say an arm and a leg but I'd need those to shift and steer
