Is it just a straight swap to put LED's in to little parking lights in 12+ headlights? I want to get rid of that amber and go white. There small so I wouldn't figure if need any type of wiring but I have no clue.

LED lights will work. Just make sure you don't use longer ones like 20 or 30 LEDs. I think I used 6 or 8s. The longer ones will hit the cover. I have LEDs in every place I can think of.

    Here's a tip:

Before you insert the plug back into the housing, make sure you use electric tape to secure the bulb. 2 LEDs feel off while I was putting the plug in place. Now I have 2 LED bulbs below my headlight housing. :( Thank god they fell to the bottom where they are not visible.

After much tries and wasted money, these are able to be found in your local auto parts store. by FAR the brightest whites I've found. I've been swapping out LED's back in my old TTORA days, before anyone even knew what they were. I've bought so much junk and been disappointed often.

These have been in my wife's Sienna, all interior and plate, my 4Runner. Never a flicker. SUPER bright. Super snug.

    Am assuming it’s this one
That is known to burn the lens
I’m not sure what causes it

has anyone replaced with LED? Would that prevent burning by running cooler/more efficient?
