2x 10" JL tw3

Just bought

Gonna throw 2x JL tw3 subs in it.

Wondering what size amp would be best for this setup.

Just wire them into 4 ohm, and you'll have plenty of power to run them.

 

Why not wire them 2 ohm if your amp can handle it?

 

I think the TW3's are DVC at 4 ohm. The amp I posted is stable to 1.5ohms. As well, there's no difference in power output between the two ohm ratings. You can't wire 2 4ohm DVC subs to 2ohm, so I suggested 4 ohm as a final rating. Just easier wiring, that's all.

 

How'd they end up sounding?? Ive been really debating on two of these or a single tw5 forever now… You should make a video
