shock recommendation

    Hey guys I need to replace shocks and struts on my 04 prerunner dbl cab sr5 . It is a 2wd so im not looking to lift . Any recommendations?

    I guess depends on how much you want to spend. I would go with Bilstein. Awesome shocks.

    Bilstein 4600HD's. Good shock, better than OEM and won't pinch your wallet!
    If you shop around you can get all four shocks for around $300 or so.

    Others suggest Bilstein 5100's, but unless you're planning on lifting or off roading, may be an overkill. However, it does allow you to upgrade later if you so desire.

    The OEM Tokico's are a good shock.

    Sounded too good to be true for 4 shocks..... I clicked on... That price is for the rear set only, they pictured 4pieces... That's tricky!!! Scroll down to bottom of the page and you will see the set for the front...

    Damn! I hate it when they do that! I think Bilsteins is still the way to go, even if they are 4600's.
    Just my 2cents.
