I removed the ugly red and blue Cragar stripes. Fast and easy with acetone.

If you have these wheels, I highly recommend these hub centric rings. Dirt cheap right now on ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/140927444133?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
These rings eliminate the vibration caused by non hub centric wheels. Just pound them into the back of your wheels with a rubber mallet. The Cragar wheel bore is 83.8mm. My hub size is 60.1mm.
This specific size is needed for my truck. (Measure your hub diameter to be sure). 83.8mm OD 60.1mm ID

never seen these before. They center better than the lugs? Have you noticed any difference before and after?

You will only notice any difference at higher speeds. (60mph plus).
I do alot of freeway driving and noticed less steering wheel vibration right away.
These rings basically turn the Cragar wheels into hub centered wheels just like the stock steel wheels I replaced. Are they necessary? No. If you carefully star pattern tighten the lugs with the wheels off the ground, you are very close to perfect center. But for $13.88 and free shipping for all 4 rings this is a no brainer for me.

A couple more photos. Notice the gap around the hub is eliminated. So is my steering wheel vibration. Back to factory feel driving.

Xaks, yep, pretty much that easy. Think i paid 57/wheel for mine from summit. Im running Wrangler DuraTrac's on mine, and get a little rub with wheels turned full lock in reverse, but i HAVE NOT done the black box mod, and they only LIGHTLY rub the plastic fender liner. I am not running centering spacers and am careful when torquing wheels to make sure they are centered on lugs. I get minimal vibration sometimes, but it's a truck, not a cadillac. : ) i just blame it on NC roads. hope this helps ya! It was the best $$ I've spent on my truck!

Thank you very kindly, good sir. I called the wifey over and showed her the pic of yours and she literally said "Got-damn, now that's purty"

In my head I had been thinking 250 a pop for 5 rims, plus 200-250 each for tires, would be looking at 2000-2500 to do all 5 for Betty. To know I can do all 5 for less than $1000 made our evening.

Xaks, Something to remember, if you have a discount tire nearby, they will price match. I got them to price match to 4X4 off road parts, and got my DuraTrac's for 140/ea, and they also matched the $60 rebate that was offered by the other company. The part that hurt, I couldn't get around the TPMS sensors as I wanted to keep my factory wheels/tires for spares. I still did all four for around 900. Next is the Ready Lift leveling kit... good luck, post us some pics when you get it done!

I don't know if anyone here has tried them, I DO know that the clearance issue is with the caliper/bar that goes around the caliper. My Cragars are VERY VERY close to the bar but as of yet do not rub, you may have to order one and check fitment before ordering the others. If you do, please let us know how it goes! Essentially we are putting RWD wheels on a FWD front end, you can even see the plugs where the axles are supposed to go through the "hubs" on our front ends, so even larger dia. wheels may not work, it's all about the offset and wheel contour where it meets the hub : (

I tried the 15x8 4.5"BS and the caliper held them off about 3/4". If you try them let me know if they fit.

So I went to 4 Wheel Parts and was looking into buying some black steelies for my 5 lug (2 of my stock rims are bent) and the guy told me he would never recommend them because they would vibrate the sin out of the steering wheel. Im running BFGs and need to keep that tread perfect. Is that an issue?
