Anyone got any info on removing scratches from a windshield? We had a bad wind storm blew my house roof partly off and the shingles hit my windshield u can feel it with your nail but it's not super deep it's just that there in the worest spot. Polish won't work on this I'm guessing its brand new so kinda bummed

I hear metal razor blades and steel wool are the best for glass. :cookiemonster: JK.

Seriously though, sounds like time for a new windshield. Your insurance won't cover it?

Actually, 0000 steel wool does work on windshields. There is a method that you clean your window with Invisable glass, buff it with 0000 steel wool, clean again and apply rain X or another water repelant and it will make scratches disapear.

    OR

Google scratched windshield repair :) Lots there from what I can see.
