Will 18X9 wheels with 0 offset fit my 04 4x4 single cab (4" lift/stock ucas)?
Assuming this wheel would work, what size tires you all recommend to go on these wheels? Not trying to get huge tires, but don't want my 4" lift to look stupid either.

With those rims I'm not totally sure but I would guess a 285/65/18 would be about perfect. You could easily go wider with a 9" rim but I don't know what sort of rubbing issues you may have.

That sounds like a good tire size.
Would I have less issues with possible rubbing or anything if I had a different offset?

0 offset is a pretty good choice on an 8" or 9" width rim for 285 width 33" diameter tires.

If you were going to stretch it out to a 305 width - you'd need a bigger negative offset.

Thanks for the help brother. I am pumped! I was also wondering, with a 0 offset, will the tires stick out a little bit? I actually want them to stick out just a tad unless this setup with this size tire would look stupid like that.

Yeah, just a little. For a 285 width tire, the sidewalls will be (very roughly) 2" further outboard than they are now.

Based on another thread I've been reading, on a 9" wheel I need a -13mm offset to get the magical TW approved 4.5" back spacing.
Maybe I should call company and see if this wheel can be made that with that offset.
Here is the quote I'm referring to. (Credit to jdmef9sir2)

"The trouble with just using back spacing as a measurement is that it does not take into account outward clearance / stance (i.e. the part of the wheel/tire that is facing out).

You can get 4.5" back spacing in any of the following examples:

-7.5" wide wheel that has a +6mm offset is 4.5" back spacing
-8" wide wheel that has a 0mm offset is 4.5" back spacing
-8.5" wide wheel that has a -6mm offset is 4.5" back spacing
-9" wide wheel that has a -13mm offset is 4.5" back spacing
    -Etc.

The backspacing measurement is good to use for determining how much suspension clearance and inside clearance you will have. It won't help you with fender clearance though. As you can see a 7.5" wide wheel with +6mm offset has the same back spacing as a 9" wide wheel with -13mm offset, but the latter will sit outward much more than the former."

MB TKO 17x8.5 with -6 offset (wish I woulda went a tad further out.
    288/70/17 Cooper ATP's
It was those or the Terra Grapplers that have no warranty rating and less aggressive tread pattern. Think I made the right choice there.
Total after pulling some teeth with chat guy, $1110.
Sold my old wheels/tires for 1200, so it was a wash.
    What ya think?
