Check the screen in the bottom of the tank on the pickup. The one on my Sporttrac was clogged and I had this problem.

You have the same problem I had. The hose that comes from the reservoir gets pinched from the hood and the weatherstripping on the cowl. To prevent this, I used a plastic pen body, after cutting a seam out of the middle, and placed it over the washer fluid hose. I can get a picture for you in a little bit if you want to see what I am saying.

resi is only held on with 2 bolts.

    1) remove them.

    2) unhook the wire at the bottom

    3) pull up

    4) unhook fluid tube

    5) drain fluid from top by tilting over

Does it even sound like it's trying to spray? The pump might've gone bad.

If you've waxed your truck recently you might have clogged the nozzles with wax. I've had it happen before...

I am at a doctors appt. right now, I can get pics in an hour or so. When you try to use the squirter, does it sound like the pump is working? Make sure you have the hood open, and the truck not running so you can hear the pump. When you do this, then you know if the the pump is working or not. It will also tell you if the squirters work after you open up the tube, since it was most likely compressed between the hood and the weatherstripping.

It could be the pump if you get no water at all. Normally when the screen is clogged you get some water out.

BryansTacoma08, Here are the pictures of my fix to this problem. The first you can see the pen body over the washer tube, and also some clear plastic tubing that I thought might help the paint behind the tubing. And the second pic is the witness mark left from the tubing on the weather-stripping. If you don't want to put the pen body over the tubing, I also heard people cutting a small section out of the weatherstripping to prevent the tube collapsing.

If the motor runs, there is no kinks in the tubing, try cleaning out the spray nozzles on top of the hood with a pin or small wire. Paper clip or even a staple will work
