2013 TRD Sport. Here's the stock head unit. I'm looking to do a DEH-80PRS head unit on shelf into the truck instead of the car so doing some research.

For giggles my build will be:
    NVX 4ch and 1ch
NVX X series tweets and mids
Dayton HO 10" in a custom box (access cab between the rear two seats)

It aughta be quite a system I think.

This (Metra 99-8235B) is the dash kit for you. If you buy from Crutchfield, you get this dashkit, wiring harness, antenna adapter, and tacoma specific installation instructions for free.

I helped a buddy put a new double din head unit in his Mazda recently and used a Scosche dash kit. It was similar in that you could do single or double din. We both liked it.
