Post a close up picture of the taper and the spindle. Either you haven't jacked up the hub enough to get everything to line up or the uniball taper is the wrong size.

I don't have any experience with this exact kit, so just a guess. Good luck.

Maybe try taking the "tapered pin" off the uni-ball and try installing it on the spindle first before attaching the 12 point top through the uni-ball. ???

Is the passenger side done? And fit correctly? And if so are they the same diameter?

If the uni ball is too tight to move by hand, you can tap it around with a brass hammer. The brass will not damage anything.
The uniball is very tight when its new.
I just installed that same lift in my buddys truck, and we had same problem. Jack up the LCA a little, and move pin around with a brass hammer.

I think you're probably correct. My LCA where off when I installed mine so...

Maybe just disconnect the lower control arms from the spindle(by removing the 2 large bolts under the lower ball joint) this should allow to move the spindle freely and also give the leverage needed to pull the uni-ball to reconnect the spindle to LCA.

no brass hammer, but a breaker bar with a washcloth wraped around it might help. once it breaks loose is it good to go? or will it be this tight even after i get it moved the first time

Have you tried Tapping it with an awl from the bottom to remove and then try my previous statement to install. I hope your threads are not jacked up

Will still be tight. The problem is once you get it lined up, and you try to move the UCA down to get the pin through so you can start get the nut started, you change the angle of the pin, and it has to move again. Get it lined up, then bring the LCA up to bring the spindle up to the alignment pin. Its easier than trying to force the UCA down and trying to move the pin. That uniball is super tight. Maybe also try some triflo lube on the ball before you move it around. Might free it up a little.

    :edit:
Nevermind! You already got it! :D
