I installed OME884 with Bilstein 5100s at 0 along with Wheelers 3 leaf Progressive AAL. Took it in for alignment yesterday. Here are the numbers. I know from reading tons of posts about suspension everyone wants to see alignment numbers afterward. LOL

I was surprised it doesn't really seem like they changed much. I thought the front wheels had a definite / \ look to it and now it looks good but the numbers weren't much different. Anyhow, the numbers are in spec so it's good. I know I've read on here there is an optimal number for one of the settings but I can't recall which one and what the value was.

Looks like you got a toe n go alignment as I did the first place I took it too. In other words, they corrected the toe and nothing else. Take it back and see if you can get someone else there to do the alignment or take it somewhere else. You want caster at around 2.5 and the rest at 0.

They half assed it and only did a toe alignment. That is way too much positive camber and too little positive caster. The outside edges of the tire will wear fast and it will be squirrely on the highway.

    Mine are:
    Camber -0.2°
Caster +3.0° (this is out of spec but I requested it. more positive caster the better at keeping it going in a straight line)
    Toe 0°

    It drives wonderful.

I think you meant too much positive camber will wear the outside edges of the tires ;)

I agree on the higher caster numbers. I try to get it as close to 4 as possible with my 33s.

Yep that's what I meant. When I had the shop put the alignment numbers in the middle before, the camber was at +0.5° and that chewed up the outside edges of my stock tires pretty quickly. So this time I had them put -0.2° which matches the camber in the rear. The rear always had equal wear across the tire.

I going to try 4° caster next time.
